There are 2 type of Pressurised Drain System (PDS) for use with MP centrifuges.
PDS 100 - for use with MP200, MP400 and MP600 centrifuges
The PDS 100 has been designed to enable the MP200, MP400 and MP600 centrifuges to be mounted away from the engine. Using compressed air and float assembly the PDS 100 forces the cleaned oil back to the engine sump, where gravity draining is not available.
Benefits
- Air consumption is very low, with the air flow to the sump being controlled by the float mechanism
- Enables remote mounting with a smaller diameter return hose
- Alternative option if gravity drain is not available or close
PDS 090 - for use with MP90 centrifuge
The PDS 090 has been designed to enable the MP090 centrifuge to be installed via an integrated mounting bracket for mounting away from the engine. Using compressed air and float assembly the PDS 090 forces the cleaned oil back to the engine sump, where gravity draining is not available.
Benefits
- Air consumption is very low, with the air flow to the sump being controlled by the float mechanism
- Enables remote mounting with a smaller diameter return hose
- Alternative option if gravity drain is not available or close
